Austin Hospital, in Melbourne, Australia, has used MedImage's MedView software for over a decade. As Head of our Clinical PET program, I can confidently state that, in addition to the program's ease of use, it gives us many advantages not found in less affordable program.

The most recent release has been specifically adapted for PET/CT reporting. The display can easily be adapted. I was able to create my own templates within minutes of installation. Our patients on cancer treatment protocols have frequent PET studies. Because of this display flexibility, my 23" screen will hold up to ten PET studies showing only the views I want to see.

At our Lung Cancer Clinical Conference MedView runs on a laptop accessing PET/CT studies on our RAID Array—via Ethernet. Alternatively, studies can be copied to the laptop hard-drive and taken to any venue.

Particularly useful in our work is MedView's ability to print any displayed window to any postscript device, either directly from MedView, or via a screen capture. MedView will burn an CD with a viewer and DICOM dataset for distribution to referring physicians.

Without reservation, I can say that MedView, is a sheer pleasure to use.
